- Condition: The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging, including all protective films and labels.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and the nature of fragrance products:
- Any item that has been unsealed, sprayed, or used.
- Products purchased during a final sale, clearance, or promotion explicitly marked as non-returnable.
- Gift cards.
2. Return Process

- Inspection: Once the product is received by our team, it will be inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the seal is broken or if the product shows signs of use.

3. Refunds and Store Credit
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or through a bank transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash account provided by the customer.
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 10-15 business days to complete after approval.
- Store Credit Option: You may choose an immediate store credit for the approved amount, which can be used for any future purchase.
4. Damaged/Incorrect Items and Shipping Costs
- Our Error: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement free of charge.
- Customer’s Change of Mind: If the return is due to a change of mind (even if sealed), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
