Shipping Policy

We are dedicated to ensuring your fragrance arrives quickly and in perfect condition anywhere in Pakistan.

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 4:00 PM (PKT) will begin processing on the following business day.

Standard Shipping: PKR [Specify Amount, e.g., 250] across Pakistan.
Free Shipping: Available for all orders exceeding PKR [Specify Threshold, e.g., 4000].
Delivery Estimates (After Dispatch):
- Major Metros (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 3-5 business days.
- Other Cities and Remote Areas: 5-7 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing the courier name and your unique Tracking Number.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking details provided.

COD is available nationwide up to a maximum order value of PKR [Specify COD Limit, e.g., 15,000].
Customers must ensure they are available at the delivery address or have an authorized person present to make the payment in full upon delivery.

Address Accuracy: The customer is solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. If the package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be charged for reshipment.
Risk of Loss: Once the package is handed over to the courier service, the risk of loss and damage transfers to the customer. However, we will assist the customer in coordinating with the courier for claims in the event of loss or severe damage during transit.
